Head Golf Professional: Thomas Snoots
Since 1983, T.R. Snoots has been with the Montgomery County Revenue Authority. T.R. started playing golf on the Revenue Authority's first public course, Falls Road Golf Course, in 1968 when he was only 2 years old. He later played competitive golf in the Montgomery County Public School system at Gaithersburg High School.

T.R. started his professional career as an assistant at Poolesville Golf Course, and later advanced himself to first assistant at Falls Road Golf Course in 1989. In May of 1995, T.R. was selected as the Head Golf Professional at Rattlewood Golf Course. In October of 2007, T.R. was given the opportunity to manage the Revenue Authority's longest golf course, 27-hole Northwest Golf Course.

T.R. fulfilled his dream by being elected as a member of the PGA of America in 1996.
